Burwood taught us the trade twice. The towers by the station taught punctuality: a dock window is a promise, and promises have minutes. The Federation streets three blocks south taught care: a doorway with a hundred years on it deserves five minutes of arithmetic before anything touches it. We kept both lessons and one manner.
How we work
- The callback. A person rings you, asks the measuring questions, and gives you crew, rate and honest hours before anything is booked.
- The run-sheet. Every job gets one: the window, the order, the pieces that need their own plan. You see it before the day.
- The day. Arrival inside the window, felt where the house needs it, the plan followed, both doorsteps respected.
What you won't find here
No star badges, no borrowed praise, no teaser prices with asterisks. We'd rather show you the method and the three real rates and let those do the convincing. If a claim on this site ever reads vague, hold us to it on the callback; exactness is rather the point of the brand.
The corridor, measured from the station
Home ground is Burwood, and the patch runs the way the suburb thinks: along the 1855 rail line to Strathfield and Homebush one way, Croydon and Ashfield the other, then south by road through Enfield and Croydon Park. If your street is a few stops or a few minutes from Burwood station, we're local.
