Terms and disclaimer
The short version: the site gives honest general guidance, and your actual quote is the written one that follows your enquiry.
Guidance versus quote
Everything on this website, including the guides, the hours estimates and the Measure-Up tool, is general guidance to help you plan. None of it is a quote or a booking. A quote for your move is the written one we give you after the callback, based on your answers about volume and access.
Rates
The hourly crew rates shown ($250, $350 and $500 an hour by crew tier) are the current rates and are presented one per tier, without hidden variants. Which tier fits your move, and the estimated hours, are confirmed on your callback and in your written quote.
The Measure-Up and other tools
The Measure-Up steers you toward a crew tier and a preparation list from the answers you choose. It does not calculate a price, reserve a date or create any obligation on either side. Its output travels with your enquiry only so the callback starts better informed.
Images
The photographic-style images on this site are AI-generated illustrations. They show the manner of the work, the wrapping, the padded lifts, the dock trolleys, the Federation hallways, and do not depict a specific past job, customer or property. The logo, icons and diagrams are our own artwork. We'd rather say that plainly here than let you assume a picture is a portfolio.
Content and links
Guides link to government and industry sources where relevant. Those sites are their own; we don't control them and linking isn't endorsement in either direction. Site content is ours; please don't republish it without asking.
Liability, plainly
We take care to keep this website accurate and current, and we correct anything found wrong. To the extent permitted by Australian law, using the website's general guidance is at your own judgement; decisions about a real move should rest on your written quote and callback, where the details of your job are actually known. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
